Replacing missing items
Sometimes things disappear from our inventories. Other times we lose them when we rez or de-rez them. Sometimes, we make a payment, but SL doesn’t deliver. For all these reasons, Animazoo animations have an automated system for replacing missing items. Click here for our store policy for more details, or click the relevant help section below:
Replacing missing items bought inside Second Life
If you have bought a copy permissions item, there are two easy ways of replacing missing items. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer replacements for items bought with transfer permissions. Again, please see our store policy for more details.
- Option One: You can get a replacement for any copy perms product you have bought at Animazoo by simply sending an IM to Shopkeeper Sideways (a bot) asking him to replace a missing item. The shopkeeper will ask you a number of questions that you need to answer yes or no. He will then replace your product. Note: You may want to ask the Shopkeeper about any free upgrades you are due too!
Option Two: You can get a replacment for any copy perms product you have bought at Animazoo by clicking on the ‘replace missing item’ button on any of the support terminals that you will find around the Animazoo shop.
Replacing missing items bought on the Marketplace
In most cases you will find you have not been charged for the purchase. You can check your transactions history on the Second Life website to confirm this. The best thing to do in this case is to come to the Animazoo Animations store and buy direct ☺. You can find SLURLS for all the Animazoo products on the products pages on this site.
If you have bought a copy permissions product from the Second Life marketplace, you can get a replacement by simply sending an IM to Shopkeeper Sideways asking him about replacing missing items. He will ask you a series of ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ questions before replacing your product. Note: You may want to ask the Shopkeeper about any free upgrades you are due too!
