Using Dance Vending Machines
Using Dance Vending Machines: There are two types of dance vending machines at the inworld store. Both the new style and old style vendors are easy to use:
New Style Vendors
The new style vendors allow you to browse many different dances, all on one vendor. The vendors are usually attached to a Quadro HUD vendor – so all the dances in the vendor can be bought together, with a discount, by purchasing the Quadro HUD for sale behind these vendors. You can also purchase dances individually.
The dances are arranged by collection, so you can select different dances from different collections by clicking the forward and backward ‘Dance’ and ‘Sequence’ buttons.
The start previewing, either click on the white dome behind the vendor, or right click and select ‘Preview’ from the menu.
Browse the dances and collections using the Dance and sequence buttons. Details of the dance (name, collection and price) are displayed in floating text above the vendor.
To purchase the currently playing dance, right click then ‘Pay’ the vendor (not the Quadro vendor behind)
Old Style Vendors
The older style vendors allow you to browse many dances, all from the same collection. The vendors are usually set in front of Fatpack vendors. By purchasing a Fatpack, you get all the dances in the collection at a significant discount. You can also purchase dances individually.
The start previewing, either click on the ball on the vendor, or right click and select ‘Preview’ from the menu.
You can select different dances by clicking the cone shaped arrows either side of the ball. Details of the dance (collection and dance name) are displayed in floating text above the vendor.
WARNING: Dances are available with both copy and trans perms. Copy perms purchases are highly recommended because:
1) Trans perms items are far more susceptible to inventory loss.
2) Copy perms items can always be replace for free, instantly by IMing Shopkeeper Sideways (a bot) and asking for a replacement.
To purchase the currently playing dance, right click then ‘Pay’ the vendor (not the Fatpack vendor behind)
